Diet Pt. II

Okay, since I have "carbs" in my frige and in my cupboards, I have put off the low-carb thing... Instead, I bought a workout DVD on Saturday night. I worked out Sunday morning and this morning (Monday). I am hoping to work out 5 days a week for a month and NO BEER. I'll let you know how it goes.
Oh, and I can't weigh myself every day. That's too much. Maybe once a week? I weighed myself on Sunday, so we'll go with either Sunday's or Monday's from now on. I'll let you know. Maybe it will be better than walking to and from work.
