I got up too early this morning and forgot to weigh myself... and I'm changing my weight goal to 20 lbs. I don't want to set too high of goals and get frustrated. I still plan to work out today, I'll just weigh myself tomorrow morning. Dang! This is the shortest post ever!
** Update **
Okay, I really did work out tonight. It wasn't bad - I like how quiet it is. It was very similar to walking at times, and I wanted to keep picking my feet up. All in all, it was okay!
